  • Salary Scale (R 322 018,14- R 417 990,31)
  • Position to be stationed in Mthatha, Eastern Cape
  • Reporting Structure: The post reports to Senior Officer: Corporate Performance Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation

Qualifications:

  • ND: Public Administration
  • Certificate: Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Certificate: Customer Care
  • Registration with the relevant Governing Body will be an added advantage
  • Code EB Driver’s License
  • 03 Years relevant experience

Key Performance:

  • Give input into sub-section’s Strategic Plan pertaining to Corporate Performance Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Services
  • Give input into sub-section Policies, Procedures and Controls pertaining to Corporate Performance Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Services
  • Deliver effective Corporate Performance Management, Monitoring and Evaluation Services
  • Generate fair and accurate Scorecards in conjunction with the Directorates
  • Ensure fair and just appraisals according to standards and procedures
  • Ensure effective Corporate Performance Reviews takes place, leading to improve performance by the municipality
  • Give inputs into sub-section’s stakeholders and communication processes
  • Ensure the administrative and reporting requirements of the functionality is prepared and maintained
  • Capture performance management data and ensure that data is accurate and reflect the performance status of the municipality’s enabling gap analysis
